Postage
All our insects are packed in proper sealed boxes or envelops. Our boxes are made of cardboard or polystyrene with a high density and wrapped in special packing paper. Inside the box a filling with cotton wool protects the papered specimens or livestock for further transit impact. However, we can not take responsibility for any damage caused during transport or due to custom inspection (not that we have had any problems so far). Due to the size and weight of most of our offered livestock insects, postage and packing must be paid as an additional cost.
The rate depends on: - the country of destination - the speed of forwarding of the mail - the weight - the dimensions of the box Our secure server will calculate the costs at the end of your action when pressing the CHECKOUT button based on the table listed below.
Do not order livestock and dried specimen together in one order.
Please checkout first to ensure that we could send them in separated boxes. Otherwise we need to recalculate the shipping cost manually.
